DAMAGED GOOD POLICY
In the event that you received damaged or defective merchandise purchased on makersmart.com, then please call our customer service team at 1-888-547-0400 to report damaged, defective or missing pieces. Damaged, defective or missing pieces of merchandise will only be replaced within 30 days of first purchase. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of damage along with reason for damage will be required before replacement merchandise will be sent. Shipping costs will be covered by Spellbinders if damage, defect or error was on our part. Damaged merchandise due to abuse or misuse will not be accepted
MAKERS MART STORE SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are only available to ship to 50 United States and Puerto Rico. If a club membership order is placed for an international residence then the card used will be refunded and the purchase will be cancelled. Shipping & Handling is $5 for orders under $74.99 and under, and Free for purchases that are $75 or more for all purchases made on www.MakersMart.com. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are accepted with the understanding that stock is available. In some cases, limited availability may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested. As such, merchandise in your order may be placed on back order and ship at such time when inventory is replenished. Please know we will do our best to fulfill your complete order. Processing of orders can take between 3 to 5 business days from date order was received.
Carriers we use are USPS and UPS shipping to 50 United States and Puerto Rico only. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. We also do not offer international shipping. Once an order is received, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days or more in some instances if handling large volume to process before it ships from Maker’s Mart warehouse. Depending on delivery method and destination, United States and Puerto Rico orders may take between 1 to 7 days to ship. This means orders may take anywhere from 4 to 12 business days to arrive final destination.
MAKER'S MART CLUB
Shipping & Handling is $5 for membership purchases. Presently we only ship to 50 United States and Puerto Rico. The Club Membership Kit orders will beginning processing on the membership Anniversary Date each month. The processing windows will generally take anywhere from 3-7 business days (or longer depending on weekends, holidays, & volume) and the shipping time frame will range from 1-5 business days (depending on final destination.) The time from the ship date to delivery can range anywhere from 4-12 business days. Die-of-the-Month Club orders ship via First Class USPS. Card Kit-of-the-Month Club orders ship via UPS.
